The rain that beat Okafor will still beat Obinna – Dino Melaye to PDP member decamping to APC

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for governor in Kogi State, Dino Melaye, has advised politicians against switching parties.

Melaye specifically targeted people defecting to the All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party (APC).

They were advised to use caution by Melaye because “the same rain that beat Okafor will still beat Obinna.”

In his words via Twitter, “Those decamping from PDP to APC listen, the rain that beat Okafor will still beat Obinna. It’s just a matter of time. Be wise….SDM”

@Segun; The same rain beat you when like a swallow you chose to wine and dine with APC. Migration might fetch them the Senatorial tickets and migrate back to their original party when a false hope beckons on them. After all, politics is the search for an immediate meal ticket.
