“That car is a shrine” – Nigerian man expresses shock, calls out road safety, VIO over strange looking car on Nigerian road
A concerned Nigerian man has called the attention of road safety and VIO to a strange black car he saw on an unnamed Nigerian road.
In a video, the man can be heard addressing road safety concerns, urging them to perform their duties diligently and prevent such vehicles from operating on Nigerian roads.
The video depicts a completely black car without a license plate moving along the road.
While discussing the car from his own vehicle, the man’s voice is accompanied by the grievances of a few passengers over the sight of the strange vehicle.
