“PWAN Estate scammed me ₦10.9m” — Lady cries out for help

A Nigerian woman has taken to social media to seek public intervention over allegations that a property purchased by her and her husband has not been allocated nearly two years later.
The woman accused PWAN Real Estate of failing to allocate the land despite allegedly completing payment for the property in September, 2024.

Lady alleges failed attempts to recover land or money
In a video circulating on social media, the visibly distressed woman appealed to Nigerians to intervene and help persuade the company to resolve the matter.
According to her, she and her husband have explored several avenues to address the issue, including reporting the matter to the police and other security agencies.
However, she claimed their efforts have yet to produce any result.
“No land, no money, since 2024.
Nigerians, please come to our rescue. This issue has caused a lot of damage to me and my husband. This September makes it two years since we bought land worth ₦10.9 million from PWAN Estate, but till now, they have not allocated any land to us.”
The video has since generated widespread reactions, with several social media users sharing their opinions and alleged experiences.
