“I paid ₦30,000”- Man lodges in hotel room, shares heartbreaking encounter
An X user has shared a heartbreaking experience after lodging in a ₦30,000 hotel room.
The X user, @Mikeliberation, opened up about the circumstances that led to her lodging at a hotel overnight.
Man Shares Horrible Encounter
According to him, while returning from a school party late at night, he was unable to find a bus to his destination.
However, he reached out to a friend to borrow money to top up in order to lodge at a hotel near the expressway.
Meanwhile, he checked in after payment and fell asleep, but woke up to a heartbreaking discovery the following day.
Sharing details of the discovery, he narrated, “Early the next morning, I noticed a few bedbugs moving around the bed frame. I lifted the bedsheets, but everything looked neat and there were no bedbugs in sight.Then I lifted the mattress and discovered that it was torn underneath.Inside the tear, I saw bedbugs”.
Man Angrily Leaves Hotel Room
Upon the discovery, he was disheartened over the amount spent oNann lodging in the room.
Prior to checking out, he inspected his clothes and removed a few bedbugs.
“I became really sad when I remembered how much I had paid for the room. I checked my clothes, removed the few bedbugs I found on them, and left the hotel angrily”, He added.
