“Happy wedding anniversary to us my painkiller” – Lady graduating from university as an artist draws herself & husband on her sign-out day

Goodness Roselyn, a recent university graduate and accomplished artist marked the completion of her academic journey by specially honouring her husband with a portrait that captured a cherished moment from their traditional marriage.

The heartfelt gesture took place on the same day Goodness completed her final university examination.

The beautiful artwork depicted the couple adorned in matching traditional Igbo attire, isi-agu, reminiscent of their joyous traditional wedding.

Goodness unveiled the masterpiece and stood proudly beside it. In a heartfelt Facebook post, Goodness expressed her gratitude to her supportive husband.

“ITS A DOUBLED CELEBRATION FOR I AND MY HUBBY, ANNIVERSARY AFTER SIGN OUT DAY !!!
“As a bad Artist I decided to surprise my hubby with my painting. He was speechless.
“HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US MY PAINKILLER.” she wrote.

Her husband, Bright Chijioke, reciprocated the sentiment, congratulating his wife on the successful completion of her academic journey.

He wrote;

“Huge congrats to my Smart Cookie and talented wife! Your artistic journey has been a masterpiece in itself, and now you’ve officially graduated as an artist! Your creativity knows no bounds, and I can’t wait to see how you’ll continue to inspire the world with your incredible talent.”

Adding to the joyous occasion, Goodness revealed in another post that her graduation coincided with their wedding anniversary, turning the day into a double celebration of love and achievement.

The couple’s joy and pride were palpable as they shared their happiness with friends, family, and well-wishers.
