On the 20th of October 2020, the Nigerian Army opened fire on the #Endsars protesters campaigning against police brutality in the country.
At first, the Army denied stepping foot at the protest ground; then later admitted the presence of some of their units, and further insisted on firing in the air and not at protesters.
Well, video-report gathered by CNN states otherwise as it clearly shows the Nigerian Army firing directly at protesters, a term called shoot-to-kill by the military.
Contrary to Governor Sanwo-Olu’s denial of casualties at the protest ground, CNN’s report showed otherwise.
