Viral video of a boy clashing with his mom over school fees sparks reactions online
A heated argument between a mother and her son has gone viral on X (formerly Twitter), all over money and responsibility.
During the confrontation shared by @dammiedammie, the young boy repeatedly shouted at his mother, claiming she could not cover his school fees simply because his father was not around.
Visibly angry, he could be heard saying:
“I don’t blame you, it’s because daddy traveled that’s why you are doing this rubbish. Have you ever paid school fees for anybody in this house?
You have never contributed shishi. It’s daddy that pays for everything. It’s only once you have ever paid my school fees.”
The words left many social media users astonished, questioning why a boy of his age would speak to his mother in that manner.
Reactions poured in online. One commentator wrote, “Imagine arguing with your mum like this? No respect!” Another added, “Daddy paying everything doesn’t give you the right to talk anyhow.”
The argument has sparked conversations about the tension that can arise in households where one parent covers all expenses.
