“This entitlement mentality is something else” — Man shares frustration after coursemate demanded full ₦150k aso ebi payment

A man has sparked debate on social media after claiming that his coursemate demanded an additional ₦50,000 towards a wedding aso ebi despite him already sending ₦100,000 as a goodwill contribution because he would not be attending the ceremony.
According to the man, he was added to his coursemate’s wedding aso ebi group, where the fabric was priced at ₦150,000.
Rather than purchasing the outfit, he decided to support the groom financially since he had no plans to attend the wedding.
After requesting his coursemate’s bank account details via direct message, he transferred ₦100,000, describing it as his contribution to the marriage before leaving the aso ebi group.

Told him that was my contribution toward his marriage since I couldn’t attend the wedding. I left the group immediately after”
