Napoli are in mourning following the death of their icon Antonio Juliano who has passed away at the age of 80.

The former playmaker, renowned for his technical abilities and leadership, left a long-lasting impression during his tenure with the Partenopei from 1962 to 1978.

According to Football Italia, Juliano’s impact extended beyond his 500-plus appearances for Napoli, as he also showed great commitment and talent during his time.

His contributions yielded silverware, including a Coppa Italia, an Anglo-Italian League Cup, and a Coppa delle Alpi.
