Sabinus’ legal team sues Peak milk 1 billion naira and Gala 100 million (Details)

Popular comedian and skit maker Mr Sabinus also known as Mr Funny, is set to sue popular milk producers, Peak and Gala.

The two companies had utilized the comedian’s intellectual property to make adverts for their products without contacting him or asking for permission to use it.
The comedian’s legal team has revealed that the Gala company had utilized Mr Funny’s animated picture to promote their products and Peak, his line “something hooge”, to make adverts to promote their products without contacting him or asking for his permission.
The legal team has sued Peak company for 1 billion naira and has sued the Gala Company for 100 million naira.
