Olivier Giroud to join Los Angeles FC after AC Milan contract expires next June

Olivier Giroud will leave AC Milan for Major League Soccer (MLS) outfit Los Angeles FC (LAFC), as reported by L’Equipe.

The 37-year-old is set to reunite with his former France teammate and close friend Hugo Lloris in California, with Lloris having joined LAFC earlier this year.

While paper works are yet to be finalized, reports suggest LAFC has been diligently working to secure Giroud’s signature, as his contract with Milan expires next June.

If the move becomes successful, it will mark the end of Giroud’s storied career in Europe.
