Napoli reject Fenerbahce bid as Lukaku transfer talks continue
Napoli have rejected Fenerbahce’s latest offer for Romelu Lukaku as negotiations over the Belgian striker’s potential move to Turkey continue.

Napoli hold firm on Lukaku valuation
According to reports in Italy, Napoli are prepared to consider selling Lukaku this summer but want around €10 million before allowing him to leave the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
The Partenopei have therefore turned down Fenerbahce’s initial proposal and are expected to wait for the Turkish club to return with an improved bid.
Talks between the two clubs remain ongoing, with reports suggesting there is optimism that an agreement could eventually be reached in the coming days.
Lukaku is entering the final year of his Napoli contract in the 2026-27 season, increasing the possibility that the Serie A club could sanction his departure rather than risk losing him for a reduced fee later.
Lukaku also wants major salary package
While Napoli’s transfer demands remain one of the main obstacles, Lukaku’s salary expectations could also complicate negotiations.
The Belgium international is reportedly seeking wages of around €10 million per season if he moves to Turkey.
Fenerbahce, meanwhile, are looking to strengthen their squad and see Lukaku as an experienced attacking option capable of making an immediate impact.
