“My ex logged me out of his Netflix because I called him pessimistic” – Lady laments
A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after expressing disbelief that her ex-boyfriend removed her from his Netflix and Prime Video accounts following comments she made about their relationship.
In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the visibly amused lady questioned why her former partner would cut off her access to the streaming platforms, despite admitting she had publicly criticised him multiple times after their breakup.
According to her, she had described him as pessimistic and a weirdo and even made several videos expressing regret over dating him, yet still felt logging her out of his subscriptions was an unnecessary move.
In her words, she said:
“My ex just logged me out of his Netflix and Prime. Is it because I said you’re pessimistic?
I know I’ve been making a lot of videos saying how much I regret dating you and how you’re a weirdo, but still, that doesn’t mean you should remove me from your Netflix. Make it make sense. You’re so petty.”
Her comments have since gone viral, with many social media users divided over whether the ex-boyfriend was justified in removing her from the accounts or was simply being petty.
