“Jesus oo, my pikin” – Mother gets heartbroken, cries as daughter switches off phone after visit to ‘Yahoo boyfriend’
A Nigerian lady shared a voice recording of her mother crying after she was unable to connect due to her phone being switched off following a visit to her Yahoo boyfriend.
The video is captioned: ‘You went to your Yahoo bf, and you switched off your phone without calling your African mum.’
The lady, through the video’s caption, maintained that she visited her boyfriend, who is into Internet fraud (also known as Yahoo), but didn’t remember to call her mother before switching off her phone.
Her mother, unsure of what had happened to her daughter, took to her daughter’s WhatsApp to cry, calling on Jesus Christ to help her find her daughter, unknowingly that her daughter had switched off her phone.
