How my mother stopped my brother from masturbating — Lady reveals

A personal family story shared on X (formerly Twitter) has drawn widespread attention after a lady described how her mother dramatically intervened when she caught her brother masturbating in his bedroom.

According to the post, the mother had previously complained about her son spending long periods locked in his room and had apparently been monitoring his behaviour.

When she walked in on him one day, she shouted loudly enough for the entire house to hear: “If you need a woman, tell us nah, instead of punishing your penis like that.”

Rather than leaving the matter private, the mother then went out and brought a woman to the house for her son. When the young man protested, saying “Haba mum, did I send you this?”

She replied: “No… you don’t need to send me. Will I wait for you to start raping my expensive pillows and bed.”

The poster said the incident left her brother so ashamed that he immediately stopped masturbating.
