“Guess who i carried on the plane today? my useless ex” — Pilot recounts encounter

A female pilot has shared a humorous account of unexpectedly having her ex-boyfriend as a passenger on one of her flights.

According to the pilot, she was carrying out her duties and checking the passenger manifest when she noticed her former partner’s name on the list.

She said she initially cross-checked the name before realising that it was indeed her ex.

“People of God, guess who I carried on the plane today? My ex. My useless ex. So I was doing my job professionally as a pilot na. Just going through things, checking everything. When I was going through my manifest, guess what, I saw the name.”

The pilot said seeing his name boosted her confidence, prompting her to deliberately walk past his seat and observe him before continuing with her duties.

“When I saw his name my shoulder rise. Body sweet me. I was not supposed to go there, but I just took a bold step pass him seat. I come use my eye take observe am like this… then I pass am.”

She added that after the flight landed, her ex approached her and expressed surprise that she had become a pilot.

“After everything, when the plane landed he came and said, ‘So you’re now a pilot,’ and I’m like, ‘Yes, I’m a pilot, ode. Shame unto you.’”

The pilot jokingly added that she briefly had a thought of doing something to him but said her faith stopped her.

“At some point I actually have the thought off… down from the plane, but I’m a daughter of Zion.”

Her story has since attracted reactions online, with many amused by the unexpected reunion and her playful account of the encounter.
