An abroad-based Nigerian man has called out an airline after his wife, mother-in-law and baby were discriminated against by a passenger and flight attendants in Canada.

Nigerian man Canada Flair Airlines discrimination wife Caucasian passenger The man identified as Adeola Omo Adeyemi took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to reveal that his wife, kid and mother-in-law had boarded a plane with Flair Airlines.

Upon boarding the plane, his wife found a passenger already seated on the exact seat which was assigned to her on her flight ticket.

Adeyemi said that his wife, who had thought this to be a mistake, explained to the passenger that the seat was hers and showed her the seat number on her ticket.

The Caucasian passenger however refused to get up from the seat. His wife then approached one for the flight attendants and explained the situation.

The flight attendant, who approached the lady and explained that the seat wasn’t hers, was also rebuffed.

Adeyemi said that rather than call security, they had told his wife to take another seat, but his wife had refused.

The flight attendants began directing the heat on Adeyemi’s wife, as though she were the problem.

The narrator also revealed that his wife was given the middle finger right in front of the crew by the Caucasian passenger, and the attendants did nothing but were threatening to eject his wife from the plane.

This woman took my wife’s seat, refused to get up when approached, gave my wife the middle finger afterwards, and staff of @FlairAirlines did nothing. They even threatened to eject my wife, mother and 12 weeks old baby from the plane.”
