“Avoid men who drive this type of Lexus” – Lady bold warning to women sparks online debate
A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions online after sharing a blunt warning to women about dating certain men who drive Lexus cars.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the lady advised women to be careful when dealing with guys who drive a particular type of Lexus.
According to her, some of them allegedly use sweet words and affection without actually spending money on their partners.
In her words, she said:
“If you see boys that drive Lexus, especially this type of Lexus, avoid them. They will use love to finish you without spending on you. Avoid them.”
She went on to explain that some of these men appear soft, romantic and emotionally available, but may not be financially generous in relationships.
Her statement quickly triggered mixed reactions, as many people felt she was unfairly generalising.
While some women agreed with her and shared similar experiences, others argued that a person’s car has nothing to do with their generosity or character.
The video has since continued to trend, with social media users debating whether the warning is valid advice or just another stereotype.
