Adrienne Elrod started her career in politics. She was an executive assistant at the White House from 1998 to 2000. From July to November 2004, she worked as the campaign manager for Congressman Nick Lampson’s re-election campaign. She was also a member of the Arkansas Democratic Party.
She worked for Congressman Mike Ross in the United States House of Representatives from October 2003 until May 2005. From January to December 2007, she worked for Representative Ron Klein, where she coordinated legislative and publicity strategies. Meanwhile, she has joined the Hillary Clinton for President campaign.
Adrienne then worked as Regional Press Secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from May 2006 to December 2007. She also worked as a staff member for former United States Representative Loretta Sanchez from July 2008 to November 2013.
Adrienne served as vice president of communications for American Bridge in Washington from November 2013 to March 2015. She oversaw strategic communications for a leading research/rapid response agency that defended Secretary Clinton against right-wing accusations. Adrienne also acted as the principal spokesperson for national print and TV media.
She established a large surrogacy enterprise and led a staff that developed hundreds of fact-based talking points, published nearly 100 opinion articles, and aggressively booked surrogates for television.
