You’ve been praying since 1945 – Netizens mock Mama Rainbow for visiting Jerusalem to pray for Nigeria

Some netizens have dragged veteran actress, Idowu Phillips well known as Mama Rainbow for traveling to Jerusalem to pray for Nigeria.

The scarcity of the new naira notes, fuel scarcity and many other pending issues in Nigeria have caused protests across states, where some citizens have been captured on cameras vandalizing banks and government properties, with some lives, lost.

In the midst of the brouhaha, Mama Rainbow has revealed that she has traveled to the holy city, of Jerusalem. The veteran Yoruba actress, who is worried about the ongoing protests among Nigerians, revealed she is currently interceding on behalf of Nigeria and hoped the issues would have been sorted prior to her return.

“I’m in Jerusalem all because of you NIGERIA 🇳🇬 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬😡🤔😢😢😭😭😭😢😢😢🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🤔🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲😭😭😭😭😭😭🤯🤯🤬🤬😡😡😡🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬”, she said as she shared a video of herself in a white garment in a video shared.

However, some netizens have mocked the actress over her move and prayers for Nigeria.

@adebayorsey also wrote, “Mama we didn’t need prayer anymore nah common sense will need , God has already gave us everything, we didn’t need prayer for bad Government we choose them , if we want better Nigeria we need to choose as well , mama comot for sun go and relax we love you”.
