“Your taxation advisers are digging your grave” – Primate Ayodele tells Tinubu

Primate Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a stern warning to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his policies.
Ayodele cautioned that if President Tinubu goes ahead with the proposed 5% tax on fuel, his government will collapse.
He explained that the tax would be mismanaged and difficult for Nigerians to accept, stressing that if the president insists on implementing it, his administration will be gone.
Speaking further, Ayodele told Tinubu: “Your taxation advisers are digging your grave for you.” He made it clear that such taxation policies would bring calamity upon Nigeria.
The cleric advised Tinubu to heed the counsel of his Minister of Finance and abandon the proposed 5% fuel tax, warning that enforcing it would spell doom for his government.
