A young Nigerian lady has sparked discussions online after revealing the strict qualities she expects from a man before considering marriage.

The TikToker, identified as @stephaniejudithuc, explained that she has remained single and child-free because no man has met her personal standards.

In a viral TikTok video, the lady said she believes the ideal man she is looking for may not even exist.

She stated: “The thing is, no man actually meets my standards. Like, the kind of man I want to marry, I don’t think he exists. All men are either ‘disvirgined,’ you know, expired, or they are just ugly. And I don’t want my child to look that way.

Domestic Skills Are a Must

The young lady made it clear that one of the most important qualities for a future husband is domestic competence.

She said her ideal man must be able to handle household chores and childcare responsibilities.

In her words: “He must be someone that is domestically equipped. He must know how to cook, wash my clothes and, you know, the kids that we are going to give birth to, he must do the laundry.

She stated: “I will come and pay his groom price. Because it is me that will pay, and drop him in my house. I will marry a man by myself. I will marry you, you will bear my surname, and you will stay in my house.”
