“You should have added your family’s…” – Lady slams suitor who sent ₦100k to impress her, attached receipt
A Nigerian lady has sparked reactions on social media after calling out a suitor who allegedly tried to impress her by sending her ₦100,000.
According to the lady, the man had earlier told her he wanted to impress her and asked for her account number. After she sent it to him, he reportedly transferred ₦100,000.
However, what annoyed her was that he went ahead to send the transaction receipt to prove the payment.
Reacting to the situation, the lady expressed her displeasure, saying the man should be ashamed for sending proof of the transfer after claiming he wanted to impress her.
In her words:
“So you said you wanted to impress me, I sent you my account number, then you sent me 100k, and then you had the mind to send me receipt.
Why didn’t you add your family members’ number so I can call them to tell them what a very very fine son they raised? You should be ashamed.”
Her statement has since generated mixed reactions online, with many social media users sharing different opinions about the situation.
Many reactions have followed her outburst.
One user wrote: “Na wa oo, some women and entitlement. Very irritating attitude.” Another added: “If I see person dash me 100k, I no go only thank am, I go worship am join.”
