Details Of The Instruction
According to the clergyman, the instruction directs church members to willingly donate the money within five minutes.
On the pulpit, Apostle Arome disclosed that he had already transferred one million naira to the account, noting it could be backed up with proof.
According to him, it was a spontaneous announcement before mounting the altar.
”If you don’t believe in this instruction, don’t bother, it’s not for everybody. This is not part of the things I came to do. This came along you have five minutes“, He added.

The controversy erupted after a video of Apostle Arome Osayi made waves online.
In the sermon, the clergyman claimed that Nigeria’s national purpose is not manufacturing or technology, but rather to become a source of global spiritual revival and missionary manpower.
VDM’s Response
However, social media influencer, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), criticized the sermon.
In a video posted online, he emphasized that religious institutions and the culture of relying on miracles have contributed to the country’s problems.
How It Turned Personal
The situation turned into personal attacks after VDM mocked Apostle Arome’s facial palsy in his video, mimicking the cleric’s face.
He further questioned why Apostle Arome relocated his family to the United States while preaching that Nigeria’s calling is revival.
