“You got pregnant for someone’s husband” – Portable explodes as Ashabi Simple drags him to court
The drama between controversial singer Portable and his baby mama, Ashabi Simple, shows no signs of ending anytime soon.
In a lengthy rant on his Instagram story, the street-hop star dragged the upcoming Yoruba actress for allegedly taking him to court, a move he says left him shocked and angry.
Portable made it clear that he never married Ashabi legally and doesn’t understand why she would take him to court over what he described as a fight.
The singer, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, didn’t mince words as he declared that whatever feelings he once had for her are completely gone.
“I am no longer interested in you and I can never love you again even if a knife is put on my neck. I didn’t marry you legally, so why are you taking me to court because we had a fight?
The only thing I owe you now is food money for the children. I am done with you. In future, you will tell your children that you took their dad to court,” he said.
Portable added that the only responsibility he accepts is taking care of their two children.
He went further to insult Ashabi, calling her a shameless woman for getting pregnant by a married man and accusing her of trying to destroy his home.
Taking things a step further, Portable recalled an incident during their daughter’s naming ceremony, claiming Ashabi tried to force him into marriage.
“I have never seen a woman forcing a man into marriage. I ran out of the mosque when the naming was about to be turned into Nikkah,” he added.
This follows a recent social media outburst between Portable and Ashabi Simple, during which she accused the singer of attempting to unalive her.
