“Who put it there?” – Viral billboard of Churchill and Tonto Dikeh sparks massive reactions online

A viral billboard featuring Nigerian businessman Olakunle Churchill, his ex-wife Tonto Dikeh, and their son, King Andre has stirred major reactions on social media.

The billboard, reportedly mounted at the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, surfaced online after Churchill shared a photo of it on his Instagram story.

The large display honoured their son and showed a family photo of the former couple with their child — a move that immediately got people talking.

Many assumed Churchill personally sponsored the billboard, with some dragging his current wife, Rosy Meurer, into the mix.

However, setting the record straight, Churchill clarified that he was not the one who erected it.

According to him, the billboard was a birthday gift from a friend who wanted to celebrate his son’s milestone.

He also shared screenshots of their chat, where the friend clearly stated the gesture was for the child.

The clarification came shortly after the former couple reunited to celebrate their son’s 10th birthday in grand style.

The event had notable guests including Obi Cubana, Rita Edochie, Uche Elendu, Empress Njamah, and singer Teni, among others.

At the party, Tonto publicly appreciated Churchill for being an “amazing father,” expressing her “godly love” for him and praying for his family, businesses, and other children — a moment many described as mature co-parenting.

As expected, Nigerians didn’t hold back in the comment section.

One user wrote, “Co-parenting done right. The child should always come first.” Another added, “This is so disrespectful, no woman should accept this… Rosy is definitely a strong one.”
