“What I saw shocked me”- Woman shares why she sacked her logistics manager twice

‎A female entrepreneur has shared why she terminated her logistics manager’s employment for the second time.

‎The woman, identified as @dimakillishi on the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) shared that she earlier reinstated him due to her mother’s intervention.

In her now-viral tweet, the entrepreneur shared that after not hearing from him for two weeks, she reached out via phone call.

However, his faint voice during the conversation prompted her to visit his residence.

‎Upon arrival, she found him nearly lifeless and weak, leaving her shocked.

‎Meanwhile, she rushed him to the hospital and covered his medical expenses, even as his neighbors abandoned him.

Following his recovery, she gave him a customer order worth N550,000 to deliver to the park.

‎According to the female entrepreneur, she paid N6,000 for the delivery fee, but her former employee insisted she pay N10,000 and eventually abandoned the customer’s package in the park.

‎However, around 8pm, she rushed to the park to retrieve the package, resulting in his termination.

‎The entrepreneur disclosed that her former employee owed her N80,000 and her mother was aware of his termination.

“That was my breaking point.This is not wickedness, this is leadership.Empathy does not replace accountability and chances must end where integrity stops“, She stated in the tweet.
