“What do you take me for? You can’t buy me” — Lady recounts birthday encounter with stranger
A lady has narrated how she rejected a man who allegedly offered her money and a larger sum to follow him home during her birthday celebration, sparking reactions on social media.

According to her, the man approached her under the guise of celebrating her birthday before making unsolicited offers.

“What do you take me for? Yesterday was my birthday and this man came up to me, calling me birthday girl and saying I was pretty. He asked me to drop my account number so he could send me N300,000,” she said.
“He then told my friends to move away and said he wanted to take me to the beach and that if I followed him home, he would pay me N2 million. I told him no, you can’t buy me,” she added.
