Social media made comedienne, and Nollywood actress Adeyela Adebola, better known as Lizzy Jay, has shared her opinion on the need to have a confidante in one’s life.

Lizzy Jay stressed that every individual needs a confidante to enable them to push through the bad days and on days when they feel the most excited.

The actress shared a photo of her and captioned it; ” Having your own person is really nice. Like you’ll just have a bad day and you tell the person, or you have the best news and that’s the first person that comes to your mind, we are really not meant to do life alone.”
