University of Calabar staff seen flogging Post-UTME candidates (video)

A video making rounds on social media shows a University of Calabar (UNICAL) staff flogging Post-UTME candidates that turned up for the University’s entrance exam that commenced on August 5.

A Twitter user who shared a footage from the scene of the incident blamed the chaos that ensued on “terrible organizational skill”.

@iamleslie_chydi tweeted;

“Terrible organizational skills by Unical Post Utme coordinators.. Why would they treat people’s Children like this????”
