UCL: Chelsea reunite with PSG as last-16 ties confirmed

Chelsea will face defending champions Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.

The draw also paired Manchester City with Real Madrid, marking the fifth consecutive season the two clubs have met in the knockout stages.

Despite six Premier League sides progressing to the last 16, the draw produced no all-English fixtures.

Premier League clubs learn fate

League leaders Arsenal will take on Bayer Leverkusen, while Newcastle United are set to meet Barcelona.

Liverpool have been drawn against Galatasaray, and Tottenham Hotspur will face Atlético Madrid.

Newcastle will host Barcelona in the first leg, while the other Premier League representatives begin their ties away from home.

Key dates confirmed

The first legs are scheduled for 10 and 11 March, with the return fixtures to be played on 17 and 18 March.

This season’s final will take place at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary, on Saturday, 30 May.
