“Trump isn’t coming to help you but to remove you” — Primate Ayodele warns Tinubu

Concerns have emerged over Nigeria’s political future following warnings from the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, who claimed that the United States may move against some African presidents.

In a statement released by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the cleric alleged that Donald Trump could act against certain African leaders, including Nigeria’s president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Ayodele Warns About US Position on Tinubu

Ayodele stated that the United States is not currently acting in favour of Tinubu’s administration.

According to him, the relationship between the American leadership and Nigeria may not be as supportive as some expect.

He warned that despite Tinubu’s ongoing efforts, Trump could eventually turn against him.

“No matter what Tinubu is doing now, Trump will come around against him. America isn’t coming to help you but to remove you,” he said.

Call For Vigilance Over Security Threats

The cleric also urged Nigerians to remain watchful about developments in several parts of the country.

He advised authorities and citizens to closely monitor academic institutions and security agencies.

The locations he mentioned include Abuja, Lokoja, Benue State, Kogi State, Edo State, Ogun State, Katsina State, Adamawa State, Kano State, and Sokoto State.

Ayodele said these areas should be carefully observed because of possible security threats.

Warning About Future Attacks

The religious leader also stressed the need for proactive leadership within Nigeria’s military and security structure.

He warned that the government must take security concerns seriously.

“Nigerian government must not sleep on this security matter… There will still be political assassinations and attacks,” he stated.
