The United States Presidential debate kicked off yesterday, 29th September in Cleveland, Ohio, as the current president, Donald Trump face-off with the aspirant, Joe Biden.

The debate was moderated by Fox News anchor, Chris Wallace saw a heated ‘uncensored’ exchange between Trump and Biden.

Trump claimed he paid millions in federal income taxes after a New York Times report alleged he paid just $750 as income tax in 2016 and 2017.

He also refused to condemn White Supremacists telling them to ‘stand down and stand by’ while Biden told him to ‘shut up’ when he was constantly interrupted by the president.

Trump also brought up drug addiction allegations against Biden’s son, Hunter, while Biden said he will accept the outcome of the election no matter the results.

Social media users have however reacted to the fiesty debate as most consider it a ‘terrifying event.’
