Truck unalives Taraba university graduate at her POS shop

A graduate of Taraba State University, Cynthia Jonathan, tragically lost her life in a truck accident.

The young lady had lost her life when a truck carrying shaft sand lost control and crashed into the bustling Mile 6 Market in Jalingo.

The incident occurred on Friday, June 27, 2025, after the truck reportedly suffered a tyre burst while in motion, causing the driver to lose control.

The vehicle veered into the market and struck Cynthia, who was inside her point-of-sale shop.

Cynthia had completed her national youth service two years ago and had since been running her POS business at the market.

She was laid to rest the following day, Saturday, June 28.
