A video that has caused a stir online shows the moment a motorist snatches money from a beggar by the roadside and quickly zooms off.
In a video that has caused outrage online, the man spotted the beggar who already had money in her hands.
He slowed down his car, then unwound his side glass when she came closer to beg for some cash from him.
Rather than give her money or dismiss her, he quickly snatched the one she had in her hand and drove off.
The motorist and another occupant in the car were heard laughing at the shared joke.
