Social media activist VeryDarkMan has raised alarm over alleged threats to his life, coming shortly after his heated online clash with King Mitchy over a school renovation controversy.
The tension began when King Mitchy showcased schools she claimed to have renovated within six days, publicly appreciating Seyi Tinubu for supporting the initiative.
However, she also called out VeryDarkMan, accusing him of keeping NGO donation funds in his account for nearly two years without any visible projects to show.
VeryDarkMan fired back, alleging that Mitchy was being used as a political tool ahead of the 2027 elections.
Since then, the back-and-forth between both parties has continued to generate widespread reactions online.
In a fresh outburst, the activist claimed the situation has escalated beyond social media exchanges.
“They are beginning to threaten my life. Seyi Tinubu and King Mitchy are threatening my life. If anything happens to me and my close ones, hold Seyi Tinubu and Mitchy responsible. This is not a joke as I don’t feel safe at all. Seyi Tinubu has the power and connections.”
His statement has sparked serious concern among supporters, especially as it follows days of intense criticism over the school renovation project.
VeryDarkMan had earlier questioned why the schools were renovated in 2026 rather than earlier, suggesting the timing aligns with political campaign strategies.
He also maintained that the government should officially handle public school renovations instead of allegedly funding influencers to carry out what he described as symbolic projects.
With the latest allegation of threats, the controversy appears to be deepening, and the online drama shows no sign of slowing down.
