Popular reality star, Ka3na Jones better known as Bosslady flaunts her new dental surgery result as she emphasizes how lucky it would be for the first guy she shares a kiss with.

Ka3na who recently jet out of the country to Turkey to have her dental procedure rejoices following the success of the surgery.

Taking to her Instagram story, the self-acclaimed first lady bragged about the first guy that would be privileged to try out her new set of teeth.

Sharing a video of herself on her Insta-stories she wrote, “The first guy that will kiss this my million dollar mouth must be favored.. Day3 monocosmetic surgery feeling like a million dollar already,” she wrote.
