Super Eagles camp opens March 24 ahead of Turkey tournament

Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed that the Super Eagles will open camp on March 24, 2026, in Antalya, Turkey, ahead of this month’s international fixtures.
The training camp forms part of preparations for a four-nation invitational tournament, which was relocated from Jordan due to security concerns in the Middle East.
Turkey camp set for key friendlies
Nigeria will face Iran on March 27 before taking on Jordan on March 31.
Both fixtures are positioned as strategic test games, aimed at refining the squad ahead of upcoming competitive assignments, including qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.

Head coach Eric Chelle has adopted a hybrid selection approach, blending experienced internationals with emerging prospects.
New call-ups include Emmanuel Fernandez, Philip Otele, and Collins Yira Sor, a clear signal to deepen squad options and inject fresh legs.
