Student assaulted for reportedly refusing to ‘help’ his colleagues during exam
A Nigerian student has been assaulted after he reportedly refused to help his colleagues during an examination at a school in Imo State.
Online reports alleged that the unnamed student had written an exam with his colleagues and had covered his work from them.
After the exams they came for him and began maltreating him for what they deemed to be unfair treatment to them.
A video which has gone viral shows the student being maltreated by his fellows outside the building.
Onlookers who spoke in the background mocked him for closing his book; some made snide remarks about his behavior being that of those in primary schools.
