“She told me…” – Man recounts shocking twist after ex-fling requests marriage connection to his friend

A Nigerian man has sparked reactions online after sharing a controversial experience involving a lady he previously had a casual relationship with.

According to him, the lady recently reached out, asking to be connected to one of his friends for a serious relationship that could lead to marriage.

In his words, he said:

“One of the ladies I was involved with last year reached out to me that I should connect her to one of my friends for a serious relationship.”

He explained that he agreed, but asked if he should inform his friend about their past, a suggestion she strongly rejected, insisting what they had was in the past.

However, things took an unexpected turn when he jokingly suggested they meet again before he connects her — and she reportedly agreed, on the condition that he doesn’t tell his friend about their past.

“She said whatever we did before is in the past and now she wants something serious. But when I jokingly said we should meet again, she agreed, as long as I don’t tell my friend about us,” he added.

The story has since triggered mixed reactions online. One user wrote, “This is messed up on both sides.” Another added, “Why would she agree to that again? The guy sef no try.”
