Sanusi also commended Alex Otti for his leadership in Abia State, highlighting improvements in infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and electricity.

He further noted his long-standing relationship with Otti from their time in the banking sector, describing him as an example of purposeful leadership and legacy-driven governance.

“Public service is an honor, not a place to make money. If you want money, go into business, not politics, because at the end of the day, you will only be remembered for what you did during your service. If you go to Abia state you’ll see the roads, the bridges, the electricity Alex Otti is an excellent example of what leadership should be about. I’m proud to call him my friend. I have known him for years; we worked together in the banking sector. He is building a lasting legacy in Abia State.”
