Saka fires Arsenal past Milan in Singapore friendly

Bukayo Saka scored the decisive goal as Arsenal edged AC Milan 1-0 in a pre-season friendly played in Singapore on Wednesday.
The England international found the net in the second half, converting a cross at the far post to hand the Gunners a narrow victory in a competitive exhibition match.
AC Milan, featuring Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao in attack, were unable to break through Arsenal’s backline.
Riccardo Calafiori started in central defence for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Despite the loss, Milan’s young goalkeeper Lorenzo Torriani stood out with several impressive saves, preventing a wider scoreline for Massimiliano Allegri’s team.
Although Arsenal claimed a 1-0 win in regular time, the fixture proceeded to a penalty shootout in line with tournament regulations.
