Real Madrid set Jude Bellingham’s return date after shoulder surgery

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham is expected to be sidelined until the end of October as he recovers from shoulder surgery.
The England international sustained the initial injury in November 2023 during a La Liga clash with Rayo Vallecano, dislocating his shoulder.
Despite playing over 100 matches while managing the pain with custom strapping, persistent discomfort eventually led to surgery on July 16, 2025.
According to AS, Bellingham has since begun rehabilitation and is following what has been described as a “special recovery plan,” with Real Madrid determined to avoid any setbacks.
The recovery process is reportedly moving slowly due to the delicate nature of the operation, which requires extended rest in its early stages.
The 22-year-old will miss the start of the 2025–26 season, including key La Liga and Champions League fixtures, as well as England’s World Cup qualifying matches.
Club and medical staff believe that once fully fit, Bellingham will return at his peak level.
