“Please don’t sleep naked” – Lady shares scary robbery experience

A lady has sparked massive reactions online after sharing a frightening experience that made her advise women against sleeping naked.

The story was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @Dfw_Beeee, where she narrated what happened to her on a night that could have ended badly.

Birthday Night That Turned Terrifying

According to her post, the incident happened on her birthday night.

She explained that although she usually sleeps naked, she decided to wear a nightgown that day because she had been receiving birthday video calls.

She wrote: “Please don’t
I usually sleep naked but that very night I wore a night gown because I was doing video calls with people calling to wish me on my birthday.”

That simple decision, she believes, saved her from something worse.

Robbers Broke In While She Slept

The lady revealed that robbers broke into her boyfriend’s house around midnight after she had fallen asleep.

She said: “Robbers broke into my boyfriend’s house that midnight after I slept, I was woken with a loud banging noise and they are inside.”

The situation quickly became tense as the intruders moved around the house.

Assault and a Narrow Escape

She disclosed that she was slapped for looking one of the intruders in the eye and that one of them approached her before being stopped by another, whom she suspected was their leader.

In her words: “I was given a dirty slap for looking them in the eyes. One of them moved to me and he was told to leave me alone by the person I think might be their boss.”

Reflecting on what could have happened, she added: “Imagine if I was naked, he would have raped me. Infact all of them Please don’t sleep naked!!!!!”
