A photo of former Big Brother Naija housemate, Abiri Oluwabusayomi popularly known as Khloe, undergoing butt enlargement surgery, has surfaced online.

She sparked implants rumours on social media two days ago after she shared a video of herself flaunting her massive backside.

Instagram blogger, GistLoverBlog has now leaked a photo of Khloe butt naked in the hospital undergoing surgery. See below..

Over the months, Khloe has credited her body transformation on ‘weight gain syrup’ and ‘pap,’ a claim which some of her fans have rebuked.
