Peter Obi says personal attacks distract from Nigeria’s real issues
Presidential candidate Peter Obi has said he is unbothered by politicians who frequently mention his name during media appearances, insisting that the country’s challenges should remain the focus of public discourse.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Seun Okinbaloye, Obi said personal attacks do not affect him, arguing that discussions should centre on the issues confronting Nigerians rather than on his personality.
According to him, politicians often avoid addressing the country’s pressing problems by shifting attention to discussions about Peter Obi instead.
