Peller recounts being snubbed by classmates in reunion group after graduation
Content creator, Peller has shared a frustrating experience involving his graduation class reunion group chat that took place some years back.
According to Peller, after graduating, most of his classmates created a WhatsApp group to stay in touch and coordinate future meetups but he was initially left out.
On graduation day, he noticed subtle differences in how people dressed. Some wore yellow, others blue, while he and one other classmate looked different from the rest.
Later, the group chat leaked, revealing that members had been discussing what to wear without including him.
Fast forward to 2025, Peller said his classmates finally reached out. He explained,
“They texted me saying they wanted to do a pop-up time and get together since it has been years we’ve been home. I said no problem and suggested we do it in South Africa. I told them to meet me there for the pop-up.”
However, after suggesting the location, nobody responded. From last week until now, the group chat remained silent.
Expressing his frustration while maintaining his dignity, Peller questioned whether he had done something wrong. Ultimately, he removed himself from the group chat, explaining that they cannot keep a rich man waiting.
Peller’s story has sparked reactions on social media, serving as a reminder that it is okay to step back when your time and presence are not valued.
