“Pack your bags…”: Prison officer advises married women never to forgive cheating husband

A prison officer has stirred conversation online after sharing unusual advice to married women on handling infidelity.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the officer argued that men rarely forgive wives who cheat. He urged women not to forgive their husbands if he strays.
He wrote: “Married women, listen to me.
Men will not forgive you if you cheat.
So when he cheats too, don’t forgive him.
Leave him.
Pack your bags and leave his house.
Even though you will later become a single mother and start dating a married man yourself,
But at least you will have taught him a lesson he will never forget by leaving a cheater.
Am I making sense?”

Adeyinka noted: “It’s the best thing to do but most women won’t, they will rather be sleeping around while married in the name of payback. But this life no balance. Women who cheat back usually lose in the end.”
Amalii questioned the focus on infidelity: “Please, why do u guys talk about cheating in marriage like it is normal? Can’t u guys post positive things about marriage. Every day cheating, cheating nawa oo.”
