“Only you chop club money, APC money” – Ghe Ghe mocks Cubana Chief Priest over APC primary election loss

Self-acclaimed financial adviser Ghe Ghe has reacted to the APC primary election loss of celebrity barman and businessman Cubana Chief Priest following his failed attempt to secure a House of Representatives ticket in Imo State.

Reacting in a viral tweet shared on X (formerly Twitter), the content creator mocked him over the outcome of the election, claiming the socialite made a “financial mistake” by venturing into politics after allegedly spending heavily.

According to Ghe Ghe, the nightlife entrepreneur had already benefited from several successful businesses and influential connections but wanted to extend his influence into politics.

“Cubana Chief Priest, small support wey you support Tinubu, you run go buy ticket for House of Representatives. Now you don make financial mistake.

“Only you chop club money, chop hotel money, chop music money, chop Davido money, chop APC money. You wan chop Nigerians money join but e no work this time,” he tweeted.

It will be recalled that last month, Cubana declared his intention to contest for a seat in the House of Representatives ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He made the announcement in a video shared on Instagram, where he confirmed plans to represent Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency in Imo State, but eventually lost to another candidate.

The post has since sparked mixed reactions online, with many social media users sharing differing opinions on Ghe Ghe’s remarks and Cubana Chief Priest’s political ambition.
