Obasanjo reacts as Isbae U calls him his ‘Gee’
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Nigerian content creator Isbae U continued their playful exchange during an interview, with Isbae U declaring the former president his friend.
They had the funny moment during the recently released ‘Curiosity Made me Ask’ show.

Isbae U suggested that the two should exchange nicknames as a sign of their friendship.
Isbae U: “You and I are now friends. Give me a name and I will give you a name too. That’s how we know friends.”
Obasanjo appeared surprised by the suggestion and questioned whether they were actually friends.
Obasanjo: “Me and you friends?”
Isbae U then referred to the former president as his “Gee,” a slang term for a close friend.
Isbae U: “You are my Gee na.”
Obasanjo responded with mock disbelief, joking that being alive for too long meant having to endure more insults.
Obasanjo: “Me and you friends? Insult! Allah, Chineke, God, Olorun. So if man no quick d!e e go just dey collect insult?”
The exchange drew laughter, continuing the light-hearted and teasing tone of the interview between the veteran statesman and the content creator.
